The St. Jakob Foundation in Zurich offers protected workplaces and day structures to around 450 people with disabilities (www.st-jakob.ch). The employees are guided, challenged, and supported at work by 140 professional staff members.

These are your versatile tasks:

• Promotion, guidance, and support of employees
• Ensuring a smooth daily routine and supporting employees in carrying out work processes
• Responsibility for department-specific tasks as well as administrative activities
• Written, telephone, and personal communication with customers
• Project support and collaboration on customer orders for digitalization
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and work processes
• Collaboration on various customer orders and projects

What you bring:

• A completed vocational training at EFZ level
• Experience in the field of work agogics is an advantage
• High social competence, empathy, and professional ability to set boundaries
• A passionate team spirit as well as resilience and flexibility
• User knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Excellent oral and written German skills
• Economic thinking and acting
• Good work organization and independent working style
• Interest in the digitalization of various media
• Driver's license category B
• Availability on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
