Your field of activity

• You are responsible for the nursing process including the nursing models and concepts applied at LUKS
• You ensure the quality of nursing at ward level in cooperation with the department management and are jointly responsible for the creation and implementation of nursing concepts
• You work in an interprofessional environment (doctors, nursing, therapists) and take over the coordination of nursing in interprofessional collaboration
• Your commitment to the introduction of new employees as well as to the instruction, support and assessment of trainees is of great importance

Your experience

• We expect a completed Bachelor’s degree in nursing and professional experience
• You are characterised by a high level of professional and personal competence, want to work at the highest quality level and have an interest in cardiological as well as general medical conditions
• You demonstrate a high level of social competence in dealing with patients and their relatives
