• Do you want to play a key role in the development of adult vocational training? Join our sector and actively contribute to the implementation and evolution of the Professional Certification for Adults (CPA)!

As a scientific collaborator, you ensure the implementation of the CPA and monitor specific projects related to this field within the budgetary framework. You support candidates engaged in a certification process according to article 32 OFPr, notably through the validation of prior learning (VAE). Furthermore, you participate in defining and adapting the training offer, integrating socio-economic and development issues of the canton. Within your duties, you implement and monitor projects while ensuring efficient financial management. You also conceptualize and develop indicators for the CPA domain as well as those related to basic skills. Your work is carried out in close collaboration with SFPO offices, particularly the cantonal office for school and vocational guidance (OCOSP), the apprenticeship office (OFAP), and external partners. Finally, you contribute to the preparation of specific files and produce analyses and reports to support decision-making by the State Council, the Department, and the service. In parallel, you support the SFPO management as well as the head of the CPA sector.

Holder of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the tertiary field or an equivalent qualification, you have at least 5 years of experience, ideally in a similar role. Your excellent knowledge of the Swiss education system and its partners allows you to navigate this sector with ease. You master office tools as well as database management and possess strong writing skills. A good knowledge of German is an asset. Dynamic and endowed with an analytical and synthetic mind, you know how to work both independently and as part of a team. Your interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse partners facilitate your professional interactions. Rigorous, you also demonstrate a real sense of initiative.
