For a specific assignment, we are immediately seeking a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) in the field of Long-term Care. The assignment is at a private retirement and care centre in the Bern region, specifically in the city of Bern. The house features modern infrastructure and is easily accessible by public transport, making the commute pleasantly straightforward. The daily routine is characterised by calm, structure, and many small encounters. Bern, as the federal city with its Aare river and old town, also invites you to spend your breaks outdoors. The assignment starts immediately, the workload is 60–100%, and the duration is 2–3 months.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Compassionately accompany residents in basic care and daily activities
• Perform treatment care professionally according to medical instructions
• Carefully document care processes and observations and communicate them within the team
• Master the day with humour and patience, even if the lift malfunctions
  

You offer your new employer:

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or foreign qualification recognised by the SRK
• Experience in long-term care or geriatrics is an advantage
• Reliable, appreciative working style and enjoyment of teamwork
• The ability to learn names and favourite stories faster than the duty roster
