The Kantonsschule Stadelhofen is a cantonal short-term high school with classical and modern languages, mathematical-scientific, and musical profiles. Located centrally in five buildings, around 130 teachers teach 670 students, and 20 staff members ensure the administrative and technical school operations.

Your tasks

• Inspection, monitoring, and maintenance of the properties with the building services facilities
• General caretaker duties, inspection rounds, disposal, cleaning tasks, and repair orders
• Coordination, supervision, and support of service providers, craftsmen, and tenants
• Provision of rooms and halls for various events including technical support and presence on site
• Material management
• Support in the creation and maintenance of documentation

Your profile

• Technical and/or craft basic training with additional training in the field of caretaking/building maintenance (caretaker with a federal certificate of competence or similar) or willingness to acquire this, as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Reliable, precise, and responsible working style, high physical and mental resilience
• Organizational talent with foresighted planning, flexibility, and commitment
• Friendly, confident appearance, team-oriented, enjoyment in dealing with young people and adults in a lively school environment
• Good German and ICT skills, especially MS Office products
