As a Co-Station Manager, you implement the professional concepts of the municipal nursing homes in everyday life. You take on leadership for nursing and care and ensure long-term quality assurance in collaboration with the nursing expert. You lead and promote the employees and support the trainers in fulfilling the educational mandate. Your leadership, nursing, and care understanding is characterized by appreciation and respect. You consider the leadership principles and the nursing mission statement of the nursing home department as central.
