Head of Secondary Technology and Commissioning

• You lead the Secondary Technology and Commissioning department and ensure occupational safety, health protection, and the operational capability of the department – including on-call duty.
• You are responsible for developing, revising, and implementing concepts both company-wide at ewz and for the overarching and own area.
• You conduct demanding internal and external negotiations and communicate complex and challenging content appropriately for the target audience.
• As the central interface for secondary technology, you coordinate projects, assets, and external partners and represent the interests of the department and ewz in associations and working groups.
• In additional roles, you act as a portfolio controller for the assigned project portfolio and support strategic management.

• You have a university degree in electrical engineering (BSc/MSc) and a business management qualification at MAS level completes your profile.
• You convince with solid knowledge in project management (e.g. SIA 103/108/112) including stakeholder management as well as experience in planning, construction, and maintenance of electrical systems.
• You hold the qualification of an electrical specialist and are familiar with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Leadership experience, assertiveness, and the ability to unite different interests are among your strengths.
• You work in a structured way, think in networks, and actively drive the further development of your own and the overarching area.
