Brief & Concise

Completed training in hotel management or equivalent qualification
Experience in the spa and wellness sector, ideally in a luxury environment
Service-oriented and friendly demeanour
English as well as German or French, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
Polished manners and a professional appearance
Confident use of MS Office (Word and Excel)
Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences

Your Tasks

Welcoming spa guests and assisting before and after treatments
Handling reservations, advising and selling various treatment options
Managing daily correspondence and responding promptly to enquiries
Performing general administrative tasks to support spa operations
Looking after and selling products in the in-house spa shop
Recording and billing all services provided as well as daily closing
Assisting with the daily preparation and maintenance of the spa area
