Your tasks

• Leadership and organisation of the workshop as well as ensuring smooth daily operations
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of workflows and resources
• Professional support of employees and ensuring work quality
• Coordination and monitoring of tools, machines and infrastructure
• Interface between workshop, project management and administration
• Overall responsibility for order, safety and cleanliness in the workshop, building and surroundings
• Organisation of maintenance of the surroundings as well as upkeep of the building

Profile

• Completed vocational training in a manual-technical field, preferably with further training as foreman/master
• Several years of professional experience
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Assertiveness, teamwork and sense of responsibility
• Knowledge and flair for CNC machines etc.
• Gas-shielded welding an advantage
