For our Communications and Mobilisation department at the HEKS headquarters in Zurich, we are looking for committed and flexible staff from 1 November to 31 December 2026
These are your main tasks:
- Processing orders (from recording to dispatch)
- Providing information (by phone and email)
- Clarifications with the donation accounting department
Ideally, you bring the following:
- Precise and efficient working style as well as high concentration ability
- Service-oriented attitude and enjoyment in contact with donors
- Flexibility regarding workload (varies depending on order volume)
- Flair for handling various IT programmes
- Accounting understanding
