Your tasks:

• Operating, monitoring, setting up and converting extrusion lines and systems for the production of plastic products
• Independently running the production lines
• Ensuring smooth order processing and achieving production targets regarding quality, quantity and deadlines
• Identifying, analysing and resolving deviations and malfunctions on the systems
• Ensuring optimal personnel deployment on the production lines
• Leading the assigned team by training, instructing and motivating
• Complying with and implementing all requirements in the areas of processes, safety and quality
• Monitoring and adhering to process, recipe and quality standards
• Regular, complete and accurate recording of production reports and booking materials in the ERP system
• Active participation in problem-solving processes and continuous optimisation of processes
• Ensuring order and cleanliness of the infrastructure

What you ideally bring with you:

• Completed technical training or several years of experience in plastics processing
• Experience in operating extrusion systems is an advantage
• Good knowledge of control systems and MS Office
• Professional experience in an industrial environment is an advantage
• Good German skills at C1 level (requirement)
• Initiative, commitment and reliability
• Precise and clean working method
• Physically fit and resilient
