To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Project Manager with a Can-Do Attitude (m/f) who will realise innovative projects with us and inspire our clients.

Your Role

As a Project Manager, you take responsibility for demanding fit-out projects in the hospitality industry. You coordinate clients, planners and suppliers, keep track of deadlines and costs, and ensure that an idea becomes a fully realised space.

Your Tasks

• You are the mind behind your projects and always keep an overview.
• You manage your projects from planning to handover.
• You coordinate all project participants and ensure a smooth process.
• You keep an eye on deadlines, costs and quality.
• You obtain quotes, compare offers and monitor orders and delivery dates.
• You contribute to the selection of furniture, materials and OS&E as well as to the development of new concepts.
• You are also present on site and find solutions when it matters. You pitch in where your strengths are needed.

Your Toolkit

• Experience in project or contract business, interior construction or the hotel and catering industry
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a small team where everyone pitches in
• You are motivated and committed, possess entrepreneurial thinking and see this role as an opportunity to achieve great things in a small team.
• Efficient, precise and independent working is second nature to you. You also have a quick grasp of things.
• You communicate confidently in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Excel, PowerPoint etc. are your friends, not your foes.
• You hold a category B driving licence.
