Consultant Advisory Team (m/f/d), 50-100%
Job Description- Support and advise customers on various concerns
- Analyse customer needs and develop appropriate solution approaches
- Support the team with administrative and organisational tasks
- Handle customer enquiries via various communication channels
- Maintain and update customer data
- Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure high service quality
- Contribute to the optimisation of workflows
Required Profile
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification is an advantage
- Initial professional experience in consulting, customer service or a similar role is desirable
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Communicative, solution-oriented and team-oriented personality
- Independent and careful working style
- Good German skills, both spoken and written
- Good user knowledge of common Office programmes
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics and processes
