In the carpentry trade, you realise customer wishes. When you go home in the evening, you look back proudly on your day’s work. The challenge of what is possible with wood excites you. The practical implementation of demanding ideas fascinates you anew every day. You carry out orders for private customers and businesses in a versatile and practice-oriented training.

Activities
• Cutting, planing, drilling, milling, sanding – by hand and on machines
• Producing wooden products, furniture and kitchen fittings
• Performing series and repair work
• Veneering and coating work as well as surface treatment
• Manufacturing workpieces according to plans

Training
Carpenter EFZ • 4 years
Specialisation in furniture and interior construction
Carpentry practitioner EBA • 2 years
Practitioner PrA Carpentry INSOS • 2 years
