The Witschi Group is a family business in its third generation, based in Langenthal. With the goal of "building living spaces," we are committed daily to high-quality and sustainable construction projects. With around 120 employees, we operate in the areas of building construction and modernisation, civil and road construction, flooring and coverings, as well as transport – dedicated, professional, and firmly rooted in the Oberaargau region. We are looking for an experienced road builder (m/f) starting 1 July or by arrangement. Your tasks
– Construction and maintenance of roads, paths, and squares
– Performing earthworks
– Setting curbs, installing asphalt surfaces
– Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations in road construction
– Operating construction machinery and rollers
– Carrying out repairs and renovations on existing surfaces
– Ensuring occupational safety and compliance with environmental standards
Your profile
– Completed training as a road builder EFZ or several years of professional experience
– Licences M1 and M2
– Independent and precise working style
– Team spirit and reliability
– Enjoy working in a family business
