Your main tasks are
* You manage the nursing assessment process and ensure the timely completion of the interRAI LTCF surveys
* You actively contribute to the implementation of the interRAI LTCF assessment system
* You independently recognise whether changes in care needs lead to a change in level
* You support the nursing teams in the correct implementation of care documentation
* You take on internal controlling tasks and ensure data quality
* You work closely with your team and will also regularly be on site at the five facilities later on
You have
* You have a completed degree as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF and further training as a Supervisor interRAI LTCF
* You bring experience in handling the interRAI LTCF assessment system and a high level of competence in recording RAI assessments
* You have a profound understanding of care effort groups and can reliably assess changes in support needs regarding their impact on the care level
* You have good IT skills (e.g. MS Office, RAIsoft, care documentation systems)
* You work independently, friendly and with strong social skills
* You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and supporting staff professionally

The Viva Luzern head office is located on the left bank of the Reuss in the lively Bruch district. From here, it is only a few steps to the popular old town of Lucerne. The central location allows for lively exchange with the five senior centres. The head office also includes the medical service and physiotherapy departments located in the facilities.
