Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF with Day Responsibility

Your tasks

• Responsible nursing, care and advice for people of all ages in their familiar environment
• Case management including conducting interRAI-HC assessments and managing the nursing process (not mandatory)
• As the day manager, you are the contact person for interdisciplinary partners, you decide, organise and delegate arising and additional tasks
• You support the employees professionally

Your profile

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF, DN II or AKP
• Enjoy taking responsibility and making decisions
• Independent, solution-oriented working style
• High professional, social and communication skills
• Team spirit, flexibility and enthusiasm for innovation
• Enjoyment of digital working tools
• Driving licence category B and own vehicle advantageous
