Senior Fund Legal Officer (m/f/d)

About the job

Your area of responsibility:

• You are responsible for the versatile legal support of Swiss investment funds and investment foundations during onboarding and life cycle management
• You are responsible for the structuring, implementation and further development of the regulatory and contractual documentation of our investment funds and investment foundations
• You prepare service and cooperation agreements (in particular promoter/customer, asset management, investment advisory, distribution, placement agreements) and negotiate them with the involved parties
• You are responsible for and coordinate onboarding and life cycle projects in connection with our fund management activities in Switzerland
• Within the scope of the above tasks, you have direct contact with clients, authorities and other external parties and work closely with internal departments

What you should bring

• Completed studies in law
• You already have relevant professional experience in the financial services sector
• You have the ability and interest to analyse complex requirements in a structured manner and transfer them into practical legal solutions
• You are a reliable and responsible team player with a careful and precise working style
• You are a customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills in German and English
