To offer our guests valuable added benefits, we are looking for extraordinary hosts like you for our Front Office Team!

• You warmly welcome our guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out, including billing upon departure
• You conduct professional and friendly guest correspondence in German and English
• You always keep an overview of the cash register and manage it reliably
• You accept restaurant reservations and coordinate them efficiently
• You ensure a correct daily closing and check outlet settlements, receipts, and credit card payments
• You take over the night porter shift and are responsible for the hotel's security at night
• You assist our guests with luggage service upon arrival and departure
• You take care of the setup and maintenance of the garden area or terrace, depending on the weather
• You prepare room service orders (including hot and cold dishes)

• You have experience in a similar position at the reception
• You have very good written and spoken language skills in German and English
• You possess very good IT skills (MS Office and Protel)
• You have a customer-oriented, communicative, friendly, and confident demeanor
• You are open in dealing with demanding guests from all over the world
• You can work independently, are flexible and reliable
