Our team at the Central Switzerland General Agency is looking for reinforcement in customer support at the Lucerne agency. Central Switzerland represents an important hub of our company in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and, in addition to being the contact point for our customers for questions about insurance coverage, is also a competent partner of various well-known brokers in our region. To complement our team, we are looking for a committed specialist in customer support who convinces with expertise and customer orientation.
The following diverse tasks await you:
- Preparing offers in the private and corporate sectors
- Active collaboration with our field staff
- Close cooperation with our brokers
- Direct customer contact by phone and counter
- Opening claims cases and handling minor damages
This is what sets you apart:
- Commercial training in the insurance industry and several years of experience in customer support at a multi-line insurer
- In-depth insurance knowledge in private and occupational pension schemes as well as non-life personal insurance (UVG/UVG-Z/KTG) and other corporate insurances
- Strong service orientation with a structured and precise working style
- Independent, reliable, and balanced personality
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Federal insurance specialist certificate desirable
