About the job

The Heilpädagogische Zentrum Hagendorn specialises in the education and care of children and young people with cognitive and/or multiple impairments.
In our residential group for children, we are looking for support immediately or by arrangement (without night duty).

Your Tasks

Creating a diverse educational offer that enables children optimal social and individual development towards the greatest possible independence
Designing the support planning with ability objectives for the reference children as the process-responsible key person
Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives as well as external and internal specialists
Innovative development within the entire institution and in your own team

Your Profile

Completed training in social pedagogy or specialist care person EFZ
Experience in supporting children and young people with cognitive impairments or strong motivation to acquire this
Enjoyment of individualised care settings and the creation of creative solutions
Humorous and resilient personality
