- Responsible for integrating sustainable construction and operational standards considering ecological, economic and social aspects
- Planning and managing all phases of the building lifecycle – from planning through construction to operation as well as later renovation or decommissioning – with a focus on sustainable use and maintenance
- Monitoring construction work, ensuring compliance with building and safety standards, and coordinating all parties involved for a smooth project process
- Analysing and optimising operating costs during the usage phase to ensure long-term economic viability
- Incorporating building and safety standards as well as owner and operator requirements into projects
- Ensuring quality, deadlines and costs in projects through application of the PBFM approach
- Supporting collaboration in various planning and management committees
- Training in facility management with a focus on construction-accompanying FM
- Very good knowledge of sustainable building as well as SIA/GEFMA guidelines
- Several years of experience in planning and implementing construction projects and sound knowledge of project management
- Communicative personality with negotiation skills and the ability to keep an overview even in demanding projects
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as high quality and sense of responsibility
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Confident handling of digital media, CAD and CAFM systems
- Valid driving licence category B
