What you can achieve with us
- Crew Captain: You support employees with all professional questions in the paint shop
- Paint Professional: You are responsible for all vehicle painting and repair work
- Repair Specialist: You carry out priming, filler work, and alternative repairs (e.g. Clever Repair)
- Finish Expert: You assist with cleaning, polishing, and finishing vehicles including final inspections
- Order Master: You take care of the professional handling of orders and thus contribute to top customer satisfaction
What you bring with you
- Professional training and expertise: You have completed training as a car body painter EFZ, combined with several years of professional experience and preferably some leadership experience
- Learning Champion: You have great enthusiasm for new working and spraying techniques as well as an interest in further education
- Quality Master: You possess a high quality awareness, perform your work with the utmost precision, and stand out with your proactive and solution-oriented working style
- Mindset Master: You are resilient, handle stress positively, and always maintain a positive mindset
- Driving Professional: Valid driving licence category B
