• Working in various teams during assignments at different branches in your residential region as well as in the Hard business building 
• Getting to know current and relevant banking topics – focusing on basic, investment, and financing business 
• Applying the learned knowledge in direct customer contact and supporting with administrative tasks
• Participating in advisory meetings, training sessions, and internal events to further develop your personal, social, and methodological skills 
• Attending inter-company courses at CYP (Challenge Your Potential) to acquire banking expertise

• Graduation from gymnasium with Matura, completed specialized Matura, completed KV EFZ with vocational Matura from another sector
• You find it easy to use MS Office programs 
• Your sales and customer orientation is goal-oriented and discreet 
• Learning new things is fun for you and motivates you to show a permanent willingness to learn and perform as well as a lot of initiative 
• You are characterized by pronounced personal responsibility and independence as well as networked and holistic thinking 
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
