Do you enjoy practical work, are reliable, and have an eye for cleanliness and order? Then we are looking for you.

We are seeking reinforcements immediately.

Your Tasks

You ensure that our properties are always kept in a well-maintained and impeccable condition:

• Cleaning of stairwells, entrance areas, and common areas
• Maintenance of outdoor facilities (paths, green spaces, car parks)
• Site and surrounding area cleaning
• Conducting inspection rounds
• Daily care of properties
• Contact person for tenants on site
• Support and coordination of external service providers
• On-call duty as needed

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in cleaning (stairwell cleaning, window cleaning, façade cleaning, etc.)
• Experience in garden maintenance is an advantage
• Independent and reliable working style
• Enjoyment of practical work and dealing with people
• Good physical condition
• Driving licence category B
• German language skills for everyday work
