Nursing Pool Team
This position is aimed at nursing professionals who want to support flexibly - planned, needs-based or in case of short-term absences - and who value professional working conditions.
Nursing Staff (Hourly Wage)
Your Tasks
- Care and support of our residents according to your qualification
- Support of the existing nursing teams in daily routines
- Assignments for planned additional needs as well as in emergency situations
- Ensuring professional, respectful and resident-centred care
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Employment within the framework of a pool contract
- No mandatory workload, no fixed working days
- You define your availability
- The deployment needs are communicated in advance
- Individual wishes are considered where possible
- Short-term assignments possible on request
Your Profile
- Training as a nursing assistant, health specialist EFZ or qualified nurse HF/FH
- Professional experience in long-term care or acute care is an advantage
- High professional and social competence
- Reliable, flexible and responsible working style
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
