You are technically proficient, think solution-oriented and enjoy supporting others with complex issues? Then this role could suit you. In this versatile position, you support our international teams with innovative solutions for humidification, dehumidification and evaporative cooling. At the same time, you work closely with product management, development and operations, contributing your expertise to new products, applications and technical solutions.
YOUR TASKS
- Supporting our sales and service companies with technical questions
- Managing product launches, field tests and applications
- Contact person for complex technical issues in 3rd-level support
- Supporting IoT and building automation solutions
- Conducting product and application training
- Creating technical documents and training materials
- Technical consulting for customer-specific solutions
- Close collaboration with development, product management and production
WHAT YOU BRING
- Technical education in electrical engineering, automation, building technology or comparable
- Commercial training
- Experience in product support, technical product management or application engineering
- Enjoyment of customer contact and technical challenges
- Independent working style and high initiative
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel about 20%
