About the job

Personnel and technical leadership of the TV administration team including employee interviews (3 employees)

Responsible for continuous improvements and process optimizations

Interface with internal and external stakeholders

Project creation and preparation

Creating reports based on the video recordings of the lines, which are recorded by the technicians

Evaluating pressure test reports, tracing plans

Checking pre-entered DSS and Kek data from engineers and architects

Creating invoices

Regular contact with engineers, municipalities, cantons, and architects

Your profile

Completed technical or manual basic training with initial administrative professional experience (ideally sanitary planner or sanitary installer)
First leadership experience and enjoyment of a leadership role in a family-like team
High technical understanding of lines as well as initial experience with VSA standards is an advantage
Team-oriented, assertive, and articulate personality
