The Solothurn Centre Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies and promotes people with disabilities of all age groups as a result of congenital and acquired impairments, illnesses and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Across the entire foundation, around 200 employees are consistently committed to preserving, further developing and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society.

At our location in Biberist, we are looking for dedicated specialists for our floating pool Life Worlds Children.

Care Specialist, Health Specialist, Assistant for Weekend Services, Floating Pool Life Worlds Children, 10-100%

What to expect

Carrying out professional basic and treatment care (depending on training)
Supporting the creation of a meaningful daily life for children, adolescents and young adults with severe multiple disabilities
You will mainly be working at weekends

Your profile

Completed training as a care specialist, health specialist, health and social assistant or SRK care assistant
Professional experience in health and social care and a special flair for working with children, adolescents and young adults with severe multiple disabilities
Good communication and writing skills as well as very good German language skills
High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience
Positive attitude and willingness to support and contribute to operational development processes
Good IT application skills (Word, Outlook)
