BACHTELEN

Bachtelen promotes and integrates children and adolescents in the canton of Solothurn with various services. Among others in the

• early years sector with remedial early education, early speech therapy and day nurseries
• school sector with special schools and integrative special educational measures
• residential sector with outpatient and (partly) inpatient socio-pedagogical care
• therapy and counselling sector

The Therapy & Counselling team supports children and adolescents with therapy needs. We use diagnostic assessments to develop a shared understanding of cases with schools, residential care and parents, offer individual and group therapies to children and adolescents as needed, and provide advice to teachers and educators.

Your tasks:

• Independent administration and evaluation of individual tests within the framework of psychodiagnostic assessments
• Co-authoring psychological assessment reports based on files, assessments, school visits and conversations
• Writing minutes of case discussions (location and progress meetings)
• Preparatory and administrative tasks
• Opportunity to gain insight into individual psychotherapy
• Participation in group psychotherapy
• Involvement in multi-family work
• Supporting individual children as short-term crisis intervention in school
• Participation in intervision and reflection of therapeutic professionals
• Getting to know speech therapy, learning therapy, psychomotor therapy, neurofeedback
