Nursing Specialist 80% (m/f/d)

• Help shape from the ground up - You assist in building the day clinic: from concepts to processes to creating a therapeutic space that gives hope.
• In-depth nursing - You plan and carry out nursing measures, work closely with patients and support them on their path to independence.
• Lead groups, empower people - Whether skill training, social competence training or work-related activities: the groups aim to promote capability and self-confidence.
• Design interfaces – You work closely with work educators, social services, employers and relatives.
• Teamplay on equal footing – You work interdisciplinarily with people from various professional groups – because we know: together we achieve more.

• Completed studies as a nursing specialist HF/FH – with experience in the psychiatric environment (or great interest in contributing here).
• Articulate – Very good German skills are essential to build trusting relationships.
