Your tasks
You are the first point of contact at the reception for residents, visitors, employees, and suppliers. In this hub function, you are responsible for the correct processing and forwarding of concerns.
You are responsible for the telephone switchboard and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
You supervise and maintain the personnel control system, carry out cash withdrawals for residents, and prepare the cash closing.
You are responsible for renting and collecting payments for guest rooms.
You handle various written correspondence and administrative tasks.
What you bring
A completed commercial basic training or hotel management school.
Experience in front office or reception area.
Confident handling of MS Office, foreign language skills (E/F) are an advantage.
Networked thinking, a service-oriented attitude, as well as precise and structured working methods.
You are an empathetic and discreet personality with high social competence and communication skills, who enjoys contact with older people.
