Advice and support for future business founders

Each year, the IFJ Institut für Jungunternehmen supports 20,000 business founders throughout Switzerland on the path to their own company, and far beyond. A pioneer and leader in its sector, IFJ offers the most used services in Switzerland for business creation and development. With our services, tools, courses, events and comprehensive advice, we support people across Switzerland before, during and after the creation of their business, in close collaboration with recognised partners.

Our Education Programs team is young, warm and loves to see things progress. We organise support programmes and coaching, courses, webinars and events. Each year, we accompany several thousand people on their entrepreneurial journey. If you want to be part of our team, we have something for you:

At the heart of your activity:

• You support business founders through individual coaching, from idea to creation: business plan and financial plan, legal form, market presence and customer acquisition
• You participate in our various coaching programmes, in French, German and English
• You manage the casework of projects in the "support for self-employment" programme of the canton of Valais, document the progress and write the final report for the cantonal service
• You take charge of project evaluations when needed and cover for your coach colleagues
• You are the reference person for our French-speaking mandates

You are an open and communicative person, and you bring:

• French as your mother tongue, very good German and very good English, both spoken and written
• Passion for topics related to business creation and pleasure in supporting people at a turning point in their lives
• Completed studies (University of Applied Sciences/university) or equivalent training in one of our key areas
• Several years of experience in consulting, support or business creation
• Confidence in dealing with authorities and partners
• A hands-on spirit, good organisational skills and enjoyment in working with digital tools
• Reliability, team spirit and a sense of responsibility are a given for us
