To strengthen our team in Visp, we are looking for an internal sales employee for the Upper Valais / Valais sales region with immediate effect or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Telephone advice and support of our customers in the area of fastening technology, tools and machines
• Order processing from customer enquiry to delivery
• Active selling of our services and products as well as technical support and advice
• Preparation of customer-specific offers and their follow-up
• Active collaboration with our field staff and employees across departments

Your qualities

• You have a technical education and commercial flair
• You have an affinity for the product areas of fastening technology, tools, machines and PPE
• Native German speaker. French fluent in negotiation
• You know how to use and apply the IT programmes available to you (SAP / MS Office) purposefully
• You have a pronounced service and customer orientation and bring sales experience
• You have a proactive and independent working style
