Lead Nurse 80-100%

MISSION

• Provide nursing and basic care at the homes of people with physical, psychological dependency or a disability.
• Incorporate health promotion and prevention concepts into your practice.
• Implement clients’ care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary CMS team and the network.
• Assume the role of situation manager by performing clinical analyses and delivering and delegating quality services.

PROFILE

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or an equivalent qualification (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
• CAS in wound care or proven professional experience in the field
• Interest in home care and working in a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to work independently and handle complex situations
• Excellent clinical analysis and negotiation skills
• Very good organisational skills
• Driving licence (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of common IT tools and the French language
