Our core competencies lie in worldwide marketing, proper disposal, and optimal utilisation of slaughter by-products, as well as a well-coordinated and efficient logistics system.

Chief Financial Officer


What you will do:

• Lead and further develop the areas under your responsibility together with the respective team leads, continuously optimising structures, processes, and collaboration
• Responsible for financial corporate management including budgeting, forecasting, multi-year and liquidity planning, as well as meaningful KPI and control instruments
• Ensure financial reporting and monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR
• Responsible for controlling, cost accounting, risk management, and internal control system (ICS) and their continuous development
• Manage financing, treasury, and liquidity, and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other relevant external partners
• Financial assessment of investments, business cases, and strategic initiatives, deriving well-founded decision-making bases
• Actively develop financial, control, and information systems with a focus on ERP, business intelligence, digitalisation, and efficient processes
• Act as a sparring partner for the CEO, management, and board of directors on financial, business, and strategic matters

Who you are:

• Completed studies in business administration with a focus on finance or a comparable higher education in finance
• Several years of experience in a senior financial role, ideally as CFO or in a comparable position
• Sound knowledge in financial reporting, controlling, planning, and financial corporate management
• Very good understanding of ERP systems, digital financial processes, and business intelligence
• Proven leadership experience as well as strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills
• Implementation-oriented and pragmatic personality who thinks strategically and willingly takes operational responsibility on important matters
• Very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
