Around 120 employees from various specialist areas work together with commitment to ensure holistic care.
To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual as
Specialist Nurse (m/f/d) 80–100 %
Your tasks
- Support and advise employees in complex nursing and care situations
- Further development of nursing concepts, standards, and guidelines
- Participation in quality projects as well as support of audits and improvement processes
- Promotion and assurance of nursing quality in everyday life
- Support and guidance of new employees during their induction
- Promotion of professional development within the team
- Participation in the organisation and coordination of daily nursing routines
- Deputising for the department head during their absence
Your profile
- Training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
- Alternatively, training as a health specialist EFZ with several years of professional experience and corresponding expertise
- Several years of professional experience in nursing
- Experience in a specialist or coordinative role is an advantage
- Interest in quality development and process optimisation
- Good IT skills and experience with electronic nursing documentation
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- High social competence and strong communication skills
- Sense of responsibility, resilience, and ability to work in a team
