Field of Activity

• Maintenance of machines and equipment, troubleshooting production systems
• Ensuring smooth operation and equipment availability
• Participation in teams/projects for continuous improvement according to 5S and Lean at the workplaces
• Active promotion of safety culture (occupational safety and health protection)
• Good cross-departmental interconnected understanding

Requirements

• Completed technical training (e.g. agricultural machinery, operational, mechanical mechanic or comparable)
• Experience in preventive maintenance
• Good German language skills
• Communicative and cooperative personality with team spirit and persuasiveness
• High personal responsibility / structured working method
• Quality awareness
