In this role, you lead the 15-member Finance team both professionally and disciplinarily and are responsible for the entire operational finance and accounting. A particular focus is on leading and further developing your team. You promote cross-departmental collaboration, develop competencies in a targeted manner, and ensure that your team acts as a reliable and service-oriented partner for the entire organisation. Furthermore, you ensure the correct and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to local regulations and group requirements and are responsible for consolidation in accordance with IFRS and group-wide guidelines.

As the central contact person for accounting and reporting topics, you work closely with the group functions and ensure meaningful financial reporting. You are also responsible for credit management, accounts receivable and payable processes, as well as tax matters in collaboration with internal and external specialists.

You maintain close cooperation with the CFO, business controlling, and the internal control team and support financial and business management issues. In addition, you coordinate collaboration with auditors, banks, and other external partners. With your eye for optimisation potential, you lead finance, compliance, and process improvement projects and continuously develop our financial processes, systems, and governance structures. You always ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and group policies.

• Advanced business education with a focus on finance and accounting (e.g. Swiss federal diploma in finance and accounting, expert in accounting and controlling, FH/HF or equivalent)
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an international corporate environment
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams
• Sound knowledge in financial accounting, financial statement preparation, consolidation, as well as IFRS and Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
• Experience working with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and group functions
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and experience with ERP and consolidation systems
• Fluent German, French, and English skills, both written and spoken
• Analytical and entrepreneurial personality with a strong sense of responsibility
• Structured, precise, and solution-oriented working style with strong implementation skills
• Excellent communication skills and confident handling of various internal and external stakeholders
