About the job
Our security service has store supervisors who are deployed throughout the economic area of the Migros Zurich cooperative. As a store supervisor, you are responsible for actively detecting shoplifting in the sales outlets of the assigned region.
What you achieve
- Recognising, identifying and professionally handling thefts
- Preparing and submitting criminal complaints to the police
- Implementing targeted prevention measures to prevent thefts in the branches
- Ensuring a correct, respectful and professional appearance towards customers and employees with a clear role model function
- Professional and team-oriented collaboration within the store supervision team
- Consistent compliance with internal instructions, regulations and guidelines as well as confident handling of the relevant legal bases
What you bring
- Education: Completed basic or further training
- Specialisation: desirable as a store detective
- Professional experience: Several years of experience in store supervision
- Experience in handling video surveillance systems
- Good technical understanding, especially in connection with video surveillance activities
- High attentiveness as well as a pronounced observation and perception ability
- Discreet, responsible and reliable way of working
- German (B2)
