For our hospital pharmacy at the University Hospital Zurich (USZ) directly on the hospital campus, we are looking for a

• Support the USZ hospital pharmacy team in the pharmaceutical supply of the University Hospital Zurich (USZ)
• Provide telephone and written information regarding enquiries about orders and medicines
• Process customer orders and develop solutions for supply shortages and the release of restrictively dispensed medicines
• Manage the emergency stock of the hospital pharmacy for the USZ directly on campus

• Completed training as a pharmaceutical assistant EFZ or Pharmacy Specialist EFZ
• Independent, proactive and reliable working style, even with a high workload and under time pressure
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in a hospital environment
• Good Excel skills and ideally good SAP knowledge, as well as knowledge in order and inventory management
• Confidence in handling a dynamic work environment and the ability to set priorities independently
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Friendly and service-oriented manner as well as enjoyment in competent advice and support of various healthcare professionals at USZ.
