Our client is a technical production company based in the Fricktal region. To strengthen the logistics team, we are looking for a structured, team-oriented, reliable and conscientious individual for a newly created position.

You will take on a versatile role in an established company and report directly to the operations manager. With your talent for inspiring people, you will lead a team of ten employees across three different areas. In addition, you will actively contribute to exciting optimisation projects. You will benefit from considerable scope for creativity and a modern working environment.

• Coordination and control of processes in the warehouse, goods receipt and dispatch
• Ensuring and continuously improving quality standards
• Designing efficient logistics processes and smooth goods flows
• Responsibility for the introduction and maintenance of a new warehouse management system
• Implementation of optimisation measures and evaluation of relevant key figures
• Active participation in various areas

To bring your full energy, you bring the following:

• Completed training as a logistics specialist with a federal certificate (EFZ)
• Several years of professional experience in logistics within a manufacturing company in a technical environment (production logistics, freight forwarding, etc.)
• At least two to three years of leadership experience
• Open to new things, enjoys implementing projects and a doer type
• Confident handling of MS Office, ERP systems and warehouse management software
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form (native speaker / C2)
• Ideal age due to team constellation: 30 - 50 years
