The Avosano Group employs a total of 750 staff across three locations with its two subsidiaries Avosano AG (pharmaceutical wholesale) and Avosano Industrie Service AG (pharma prewholesale).

For our Customer Service department at the Romanshorn or Niederbipp location, we are looking for you as a temporary support for 6 months:

Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d) 60 - 100%

• Telephone customer contact in German, French and Italian

• Processing customer orders

• Collaboration and support in various areas of customer service

• Work deployment from Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 18:30, Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00 (partly according to scheduling)
  
  

• Pharmaceutical, medical or commercial training, several years of professional experience in the service sector or in a pharmacy or drugstore

• Pleasant telephone voice and good verbal communication skills

• Strong service and customer orientation

• Friendly, understanding and convincing manner in customer contact

• Team player with high social competence, sociable and open

• Language skills: fluent in German and French, Italian (min. B2)
