About the job
To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Project Staff Member Real Estate .
Think independently. Implement with commitment. Decide together.
Are you looking for a work environment that truly allows self-organisation, shared responsibility and active participation? Would you like to contribute to ensuring that demanding real estate projects are professionally prepared, coordinated and implemented? Do you think in a networked way and get involved where your support makes a difference? Then reflecta is exactly the right place for you.
Who we are - and what drives us
reflecta supports organisations and demanding projects where orientation, structure and implementation competence are required. In the Real Estate 360° sector, we represent our clients in construction, site and development projects – from the strategic starting point to realisation. Our strength lies in the combination of strategy, process and project management as well as sound expertise. We work interdisciplinarily: architects, engineers, spatial planners, real estate trustees, business economists and lawyers bring different perspectives and develop sustainable solutions together.
Our organisation
reflecta is holacratically organised. This means:
- active participation and continuous development of our organisation
- transparency, trust and reliability in everyday life
- no traditional hierarchies, but clear roles and responsibilities
- decisions are made where the know-how is – independently and effectively
The field of activity
As a Project Staff Member Real Estate, you work closely with our project managers and contribute to various projects. You:
- support the planning, control and coordination of real estate and construction projects across all SIA phases
- research technical basics, prepare information and write documents, reports and presentations
- manage the Project Management Office
- apply your drawing and illustrative skills if required
- actively contribute to the further development of our organisation and collaboration
What you bring
- responsible, proactive and eager-to-learn personality with quick comprehension
- education or studies in architecture, construction, spatial planning, real estate or a related field – your basic understanding of planning and building is decisive
- enjoy preparing information clearly, working independently on tasks and presenting them comprehensibly
- structured, careful working style: you keep track of deadlines, pending tasks, documents and interfaces
- good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications and ideally CAD skills
Why reflecta?
- interdisciplinary team: open, curious, professionally competent and professional
- varied projects: from visionary ideas to structural implementation
- responsibility and participation instead of rigid hierarchies
- professional and individual opportunities for development
- modern working conditions: flexible working hours, location-independent work, 40-hour week and 5 weeks’ holiday
- modern infrastructure: working in an open, inspiring environment with an urban character and space for exchange as well as focused work
And otherwise?
We work committedly and professionally – without taking ourselves too seriously. Humour, pragmatism and curiosity are just as much a part of us as professional quality.
Sounds like you? Then let’s get started together, we look forward to your application.
