We are looking for a committed co-educator for a mixed-age group at our KONRADSTRASSE location.

What are your tasks?

• Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children
• Designing a daily routine oriented to the age and interests of the children
• Observation and development documentation based on portfolios
• Guiding apprentices in the group
• Establishing a partnership in education with the families
• Organizing and conducting excursions and parent activities
• Active participation in team meetings
• Creating a respectful, family-like working atmosphere

What should you bring?

• A completed training as FABE, educator or comparable socio-pedagogical qualifications
• Training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
• Expertise in early childhood, project work, observation and documentation methods
• Team player
• Initiative, creativity and flexibility
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
