Your Tasks

• Holistic and professional care as well as support of residents in various care situations
• Assuming daily responsibility after thorough induction
• Management of key nurse care
• Organisation and accompaniment of medical rounds
• Planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of the care process in an electronic care documentation system
• Recording and classification of care services according to a recognised care classification system
• Support of HF students
• Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team as well as taking on general administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Enjoyment in passing on knowledge and actively contributing to the training and support of HF students
• SVEB 1 or a comparable training responsibility qualification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of the care process as well as high professional and social competence
• Experience in dealing with people with dementia is desirable
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good user knowledge of common MS Office programmes as well as experience with electronic care documentation
• Knowledge of a care classification system (e.g. BESA) is an advantage
