Head of Nursery (m/f), 70 %
Your passion
Leadership: You are responsible for managing Nursery 10 Heizenholz of the GFZ Foundation in professional, personnel and organisational terms. You value transparent communication and appreciative interaction. You lead a team of educators, trainees and interns.
Educational work: With your strong service orientation, you ensure high-quality care and support for the children. You guarantee the implementation of the educational concept as well as the requirements of the QualitKita standards. You always keep the needs of the children, parents and team in mind and promote appreciative professional collaboration.
Collaboration with specialist agencies: You work closely with internal and external specialists to ensure that children with different needs are best supported, encouraged and integrated. Furthermore, cooperation with parents is a significant part of your work.
Your profile
Education & experience: You have completed training as a childcare worker or early childhood educator and further leadership training (preferably Leadership and Management according to SVF). You also have professional experience in early childhood education.
Leadership: You possess coaching and advisory skills with which you specifically support your employees in their professional and personal development. You succeed in recognising and fostering individual potential to strengthen the team for demanding tasks. Your reflective leadership style creates space for growth, motivation and continuous improvement. Through your commitment to cross-nursery coaching, you actively contribute to quality development and professional exchange within the entire organisation.
Business management: You share responsibility for the nursery's financial management within the budget and actively participate in resource planning. You are responsible for the admission process of new children, conduct initial interviews and coordinate place allocation. You plan staff deployment efficiently and in line with educational and operational requirements.
