As part of a replacement for the Business Management unit, we are offering a position of:
Security Manager at 100%
Your mission
You are responsible for defining and organizing the means, devices, and systems aimed at protecting facilities and people. You are the guarantor of the safety of the company’s people and assets.
Your main responsibilities
- Develop, propose, and coordinate the implementation of integrated Security strategies aligned with the company’s overall vision, with the objective of reducing risks inherent to security issues.
- Coordinate the various operational entities related to the company’s Security.
- Coordinate with an external multidisciplinary network, including the canton’s disaster organization and cantonal security forces.
- Develop and coordinate the implementation of a corporate crisis management system integrating continuity plans and stakeholder training, among others.
Your profile
- Federal VET diploma + continuing education related to security activities,
- training in crisis management,
- federal security agent certificate or equivalent,
- CAS in corporate security, an asset,
- minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position as security manager,
- minimum 5 years in team management in a transversal matrix management,
- professional and personal exemplary conduct related to the sensitivity of the position (notably clean criminal record and no prosecutions),
- good knowledge of the security network and possession of a security network,
- ease in communication at all levels of hierarchy,
- sense of responsibility and strong autonomy with a sense of priorities,
- strong interpersonal skills, ability to work transversally and in a team,
- proficiency in IT tools (office software) and video surveillance investigations,
- excellent level of French,
- good knowledge of English, German is an asset.
