Do you want to not only manage HR but also shape it? We are looking for a committed individual for our newly created position to further develop and shape our HR together with a small team in a future-oriented way.

Blickfeld is much more than a residential or care home. We support people with psychological or physical impairments as well as people in need of assistance in old age in their daily lives, promote their independence, and create quality of life.

What are your tasks?

• You take on the professional and personnel leadership of your dedicated HR team, consisting of a payroll clerk and an administration clerk
• You shape the further development of HR - strategically, conceptually, and operationally
• You pitch in with everyday HR tasks and also take on operational duties
• You optimise and digitalise the core HR processes together with the team
• You see yourself as a sparring partner for our managers
• You initiate and implement exciting HR projects
• You are responsible for professional, efficient, and service-oriented HR work

What do we expect from you?

• You bring several years of HR experience, ideally with leadership experience
• You have completed further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma and preferably additional training in management or leadership (e.g. CAS)
• You enjoy building, developing, and changing and bring process understanding and an affinity for digitalisation
• You have experience in advising and supporting managers
• Ideally, you have experience in the health or social sector
• You are characterised by an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, and pragmatic mindset
• You are an empathetic and communicative personality with a sense of humour
