Your tasks:
In this role, you are responsible for the strategic and operational development of marketing for our continuing education programmes and design effective dialogue marketing along the entire customer journey.
- Central coordination and bundling of marketing activities as well as alignment with decentralised specialist departments
- Design and further development of dialogue marketing structures, processes and fundamentals in the continuing education environment
- Planning, implementation and control of marketing measures in close cooperation with institutes and interfaces
- Design and responsibility for campaigns, lead management, segmentation and customer journeys in the CRM context
- Further development and standardisation of marketing processes as well as definition of data and handover standards
- Data-based analysis, optimisation and impact measurement of measures including KPI tracking and reporting
Your profile:
You are a conceptually strong, analytical and service-oriented personality with sound experience in data-driven marketing and dealing with complex organisational structures. In addition, you bring the following:
- Professional training including additional training or degree with a focus on marketing, business or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the CRM or dialogue-oriented environment
- Sound knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation and data-driven campaign management
- Very good understanding of marketing processes in complex organisations
- Experience in designing marketing strategies, customer journeys, segmentation and lead management
- Experience in project or change management as well as dealing with different stakeholders
- Strong communication, analytical and structuring skills as well as an independent working style
